Administrative, Budget & Finance Committee

This committee comprises the president, the immediate past president, the treasurer, the secretary and any other club members that the president assigns. Members of this committee meet monthly, prepare budgets of estimated income and expenditures for submission to the board of directors, and reevaluate the budget after major fundraisers to more accurately determine allocation of monies. The committee also submits any other financial recommendations as requested by the board of directors and oversees an annual financial review.

This committee also reviews our policies, procedures, and bylaws annually, as well as performing other administrative tasks. This committee submits all proposed changes to the board of directors for approval.
